Microsoft Front Page Extensions Discontinued
Microsoft discontinued support for the Front Page Extensions (FPE) last year. Our control panel vendors and the newest versions of Linux that we are deploying do not support them either.
If you would like to continue using MS Frontpage to build your site, you may do so. You will need to publish via FTP instead, however. None of the FPE specific functions (such as forms) will work. You will need to use a standard PHP or Perl script to handle such functions. See the link below for details.
The FPE on Windows are still functional. We can migrate customers to this platform if they still need the FPE.
Note: This is NOT specific to Amhosting. All Linux hosts are affected by this change.
